The days of a telephone engineer coming around to your house or business and repairing your telephone line for free are long gone. Today's service providers only service and repair your line from exchange to the first termination point (socket) in the premises.
Any faults beyond this are classed as on your own network (wiring and equipment) and are chargeable to the end user (the bill payer) for any work undertaken.

The service provider can now charge for any work undertaken on your network, as would an electrician or plumber with regard to electrical or plumbing faults in your premises.

TEL-EXT will test your internal wiring and equipment for any faults, undertake any repairs necessary, all for a quoted agreed fee, most of the time this test and repair will be covered in the initial call out fee.
We could save you a considerable amount of money, time and stress, and if a business save you lost revenue.

Your service providers line testing equipment is very sophisticated and rarely wrong, if you have been told that there is a fault in the property or a ca (customer apparatus) fault then it is very likely there is a fault.
